


Future Member Event Space Rental (non-member)
Event Space Usage: Future Members are eligible to rent out The Good Life Co-Work space for $75 an hour. After you have read the following terms you will then submit your rental form for review. Once approved we will get your event on the books.
Payment & Refunds: Payment will be paid in full at time of reservation. Refunds are available 48 hours prior to event.
Flexible Setup: Future member renters can adjust furniture and set up their event as they see fit. Everything must be returned to its original state prior to the end of the event.
High-Speed Internet: Access to high-speed internet connectivity is often included to support online presentations, streaming, or other digital aspects of the event.
Wellness Amenities: Members, renters and attendees may have access to wellness amenities like meditation rooms, meditation pillows, private office spaces, the cafe area and the outdoor space. Other Wellness amenities maybe rented for an additional fee.
Refreshments: All refreshments must be provided by the future member renter. The Good Life Co-Work does have a list of resources we can provide to help you in securing refreshments for your guests.
Event Staff: The Good Life Co-Work does not provide event staff however we want your event to go as smoothly as possible and may know of someone who could assist you.
Event Promotion: Let us help you spread the word! You provide us with the content and we will distribute it through our channels. If you need help with this please let us know, we have members and industry colleagues who we can refer you to.
Parking and Accessibility: Free parking! Let us know the date and time of your event and we will provide clear directions for your guests on how to access the appropriate parking.
Cleaning and Maintenance: We commit to having your space clean and welcoming to your guests. There will be a $125 cleaning fee that will be collected at the time of your reservation. You can use this to have the space cleaned for you or you can have it refunded upon post event inspection.
