What I Bring to the Table
I was born in 1980, living a life that’s shaped me in more ways than I can count.
I’m a woman. A friend. An athlete. A wife. A mother. A truth seeker. A collector of real stories. Someone who loves a good juxtaposition (the mix of grit and grace, discipline and ease, strength and softness. A builder of spaces, both the kind you walk into and the kind you grow into.
I know the power of discipline, the weight of deep feeling, and the sharp instinct that comes from a childhood spent reading between the lines. I have two incredible kids, each unique in their own way, both my greatest teachers. One of them has an extra chromosome. Both have expanded my heart in ways I never knew possible.
I grew up in a place most people might call the middle of nowhere. To me, it was everything. Wide-open spaces. Deep roots. The kind of quiet that teaches you how to hear yourself.
It’s where I learned to trust my gut before google existed.
I was surrounded by people who were medicine for the soul. And others tangled up in shame, chasing approval like it was oxygen. I wasn’t any different. I struggled with all of it too. Trying to fit in. Trying to measure up. Trying to figure out who I was underneath it all.
Later, I worked with teenage girls in a residential placement facility. Young women dealt a tricky hand in life. That was home for me.Those girls taught me more than any college class ever could. They showed me resilience without a filter. Truth in its rawest, most powerful form.
I’ve spent my life learning how to listen. Not just to what you’re saying, but to the spaces in between. The pauses. The hesitations. The things left unsaid.
And I’ve learned that the biggest roadblock to achieving what we want isn’t out there. It’s inside.
Most women who come to me already know what they want. They’re just stuck in old patterns that make getting there feel impossible. They’ve been told they need more strategy, more time, more willpower. But what they actually need is clarity. Alignment. A way forward that matches who they are.
That’s where I come in.
I help you clear the noise. Not just so you can find yourself, but so you can finally get where you want to go.
Your goals- they don’t happen by chance. They happen when you step fully into who you are.
My gift? Seeing you.
Not just the version you’ve learned to present. The whole of you. The parts you’ve outgrown. The parts you’ve hidden. The parts you haven’t met yet.
I’ve spent years getting comfortable being me. Marching to the beat of my own drum, even when no one else hears the rhythm. And that’s why, when you show up as you, I don’t just notice it. I celebrate it. No matter how new, messy, or uncomfortable it feels.
I can also tell when you’re not being true to yourself. Not because I’m here to call you out. Because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to wear a mask that doesn’t fit anymore.
I love authenticity.
I love a sharp outfit, but only if it matches the substance underneath.
I love food. Not just for how it tastes, but for how it fuels. For the care and knowledge poured into it. A dish shaped by generations, perfected over time, made with patience and instinct. Or something new, crafted with creativity, fresh ingredients, and nothing unnecessary. Just simple, real, and made with love.
I love anything that strips away the noise and gets us closer to the truth.
I’m not for everyone. If I tried to be, I wouldn’t be who I am.
But if reading this feels like coming home, we might just be a match.
And if you’re ready to stop running in circles and start moving toward what you actually want, early bird pricing is officially live.
