Coaching Isn’t What You Think and Why I’m a Mindset Coach

Nothing changes if your mindset doesn’t.

I’m a mindset coach for the whole you because if we ignore part of you, we ignore the answers.

People often ask me what kind of coach I am.

Are you a life coach.
A performance coach.
A career coach.

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure what all those labels mean for everyone else. But I know what kind of coach I am. And why I do this work.

I’m a mindset coach because at the end of the day nothing in your life changes if your mindset doesn’t change.
You can set all the goals. Make all the plans. Chase achievements. And still feel disconnected from your own life if the way you think about yourself and your worth and your choices stays the same.

I’m also a coach who works with the whole person. Not just one piece of you.

Because you don’t live in pieces.
You don’t live in “career you” and “relationship you” and “parenting you” like they are separate lives.
And if we focused on only one part of you and ignored the rest I would be perpetuating the same kind of disconnection that’s probably part of why you’re looking for coaching in the first place.

Here’s something else I want you to know.
You are the expert in your life.
I’m the expert in helping you see it clearly.

I don’t need to know how to do your job to help you figure out what you want.
You already bring that expertise. I bring mine. The questions. The space. The tools to help you see what’s getting in your way and how to start shifting.

Whether you are a teacher. A nurse. An artist. An entrepreneur. A stay-at-home parent. A person who has lived their life for everyone else and can’t keep doing it anymore.

Whether you are wondering what’s next for your career.
Whether you are craving more ease in your life but have no idea where to start.
Whether you want to be more confident. Set better boundaries. Trust yourself.
Whether you are scared to say what you really want out loud.

That is the work I do.

I mostly work with women. But I have coached men too. Because your gender doesn’t matter to me. What matters to me is your willingness to show up in that ready-ish space. The part of you that is willing to experiment with what lights your soul up.

I’ve coached people who thought they had to be fine forever.
People who thought confidence was something other people had.
People who thought their negative self-talk would always run the show.
People who believed they had to stay in jobs or relationships or roles that never really fit.

Every single one of them had something in common.
They already had the answers inside them.
They just needed a space to hear it.

Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do.
It isn’t about giving you another checklist.
It isn’t about handing you goals that don’t even feel like yours.

Coaching is about helping you see what’s possible when you stop living life for everyone else and start living it for you.

And you don’t have to be fully ready.
You just have to be done being fine.

If that’s where you are. I’m here.

This is the work I do.
And I’m proud as a peacock of every person who has sat in this work with me.
Because I’ve been there too.

here’s to your good life
