secret weapon

My routine, especially my morning routine, is one of my greatest secret weapons. It’s where I learned to believe in myself, where I became confident AF 🀘

I encourage everyone of my clients (and all of you πŸ™ƒ) to develop your own secret weapon. My advice for routines is much like my advice for β€œwhich planner you should get”- get the one that will work for you. Develop a routine that works for you. One that you will actually do. One that elevates your vibe.

For me i get up on purpose and with purpose - i set my alarm and don’t hit snooze. Let’s do this, is on repeat in my mind the moment my eyes open.

I move my body - I love endorphins, I love how I feel after I workout and I want to live as long as I can ❀️to be really honest, i also enjoy seeing my abs.

I make my life easier - maybe it’s a load of laundry, maybe it’s organizing my refrigerator, maybe i make dinner - 15 mins of uninterrupted chores feels like i’ve taken on the world, makes me want to do a touchdown dance πŸ’ƒπŸΌ

I elevate my vibe - maybe it’s listening to a matthew mcconaughey speech or Honky Tonk Women (loudly with my airpods). I might read the daily passage from Journey to the Heart or look at my daughters’ school work. When i’m lucky, I have a hot cup of coffee with my husband and we shoot the breeze or stair at the wall - feeding my soul is an absolute must!

If you are new to routines, start simple and build from there.

If your routine bores you or isn’t working - tweet it, change it, but please don’t keep doing it because it’s what you have always done.

Develop a routine that works for you and the season you’re in.

Go get-’em 🀘
