Whether you're curious about membership options, amenities, or our community events, you'll find the information you need right here. If you have a question that isn't covered, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We're excited to support your journey towards a productive and inspiring workspace!

  • Becoming a member is simple! Please visit our website or download our app to view the different membership options available. These options are designed to suit various needs and access levels. If you're looking for the best value, consider our annual membership. While it has a higher upfront cost, it's more economical on a monthly basis, providing additional private event space hours and private office hours compared to the monthly membership. I'm here to help you choose the plan that's right for you and ensure you get the most out of your membership.

  • Yes, you can rent the space for as little as an hour. However, please note that to do so, you will need to purchase a monthly membership. Our space is exclusive to our members. We understand this might be more than what some are seeking, but membership is required to access and use the space. We truly value the community we've built and the exclusive benefits we offer to our members.

  • Our space operates 24/7, allowing members flexible access to suit their schedules. However, please note that access may be limited during times when a member has made a private reservation. To check the availability of specific areas, members can easily view current bookings through our dedicated app.

  • Booking the event space may involve an additional cleaning fee. Please see the app to learn more about the cleaning service and cleaning expectations.

  • Yes, members are welcome to bring guests, but they must be accompanied by a member at all times. For day pass members, the approach to guests is slightly different. Please use your best judgment to decide whether your guests should also purchase a day pass. Consider whether they are merely accompanying you or if they will be actively using the space and its amenities as you are. If your guests will be using the space similarly to how you, as a day pass holder, would, then each guest should also purchase a pass. If you are unsure, feel free to ask me, and we can decide together. This ensures fairness and maintains the quality of our shared space for all members and their guests.

  • Our event space is versatile and suitable for a variety of gatherings, from workshops to celebrations. However, it’s crucial that all events are appropriate and legal. We promote a respectful and inclusive environment, so if your event strays into inappropriate territory, you’ll be asked to leave immediately—and trust me, I’ll use every legal avenue to correct the situation! Just kidding... but not really. 😊 Let’s keep all events fun and friendly!

  • Yes, we have parking available for members and their guests. Members can access the parking specifics on the app.

  • While I am not there every single day, I use the co-work as my office too, so I am present most days. I am deeply committed to ensuring that all members have the kind of experience I would want for myself. You’ll often find me around the space, making sure it’s welcoming and ready for everyone to use.

  • Yes, you are welcome to set up ahead of time for your event. Please be aware there is a $50 hourly fee for any time used during setup. This fee applies because the space is not available for other members during your setup. If you choose to set up on a Friday evening for a Saturday event, for example, you will be charged for the hours used on Friday evening, but not for the overnight hours. This ensures that the space remains fair and accessible for all members.

  • Private offices are exclusively available to our monthly and yearly members. If you have a day pass and wish to use a private office, you would need to upgrade your membership. This upgrade allows you to access the full range of facilities available to longer-term members.

  • No, you do not need to rent the space out for a private event if you are hosting a meetup, provided that other members can still access and use the coworking space as intended. However, please be considerate of the noise level and the amount of space your meetup occupies. It’s important to ensure that your event does not disrupt the ability of other members to work and use the space effectively.

  • Yes, you are welcome to arrange the furniture to suit the needs of your event. I encourage members to use the space as if it were your own, keeping in mind the shared nature of our community. After your event is completed, you are responsible for returning all furniture to its original placement. To aid in this, I highly recommend taking a video of the space before you start making adjustments, so you can refer back to it when restoring the setup at the end of your event. This ensures the space is ready and welcoming for the next member’s use.

  • I request that you give us at least 72 hours' notice for furniture rental to ensure availability. While you are always welcome to ask about reserving furniture within the 72-hour window, I cannot guarantee availability on such short notice. Planning ahead helps us serve you better and ensures that your event setup meets your expectations.

  • Please share a photograph of the front of our building with your guests prior to their arrival. While we do not have a sign, our address is clearly visible and located directly above the front door. The intent is for The GoodLC to feel like it belongs to you and all our members; hence, I've chosen a more discreet approach to our branding. Providing your guests with a photograph will help them identify our location easily.

  • Yes, you can always contact Nicolette in case of an emergency. Please leave a detailed message when reaching out. If you do not hear back promptly, there could be two reasons:

    1. Your issue might not qualify as an emergency, and the answer you're looking for may have already been communicated to you in an email or is available on the app.

    2. I might be dealing with personal matters, and I kindly ask for your understanding during such times. Please use your best judgment in handling the situation until you can be assisted.

  • If an item is damaged during your use of the space, please report the incident through our app as soon as possible. We will assess the situation together to determine the appropriate course of action. While we understand that accidents happen, we also recognize that some accidents could have been avoided. Depending on the circumstances, you may be responsible for replacing the damaged item and or repair expenses. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in these situations.

  • Yes, cameras are installed throughout the common areas of the space to ensure everyone's safety. Please note that there are no cameras in the bathrooms or inside the private offices to maintain privacy. The cameras are generally monitored lightly, and access to the recordings is only utilized if an issue arises, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for all our members.

  • The private offices in our space are not soundproof. I recommend playing music at a low volume to help maintain a comfortable ambiance throughout the space. You are also welcome to bring your own sound machine when you have reserved one of the offices, to enhance your personal working environment while respecting the shared space.

  • Members are welcome to use the lockers provided to store personal items securely. However, leaving or storing items in private offices or elsewhere onsite outside of these lockers is not permitted. This policy helps maintain a clean and organized environment for all members.

  • Members do not have access to the basement; the door to this area should remain locked at all times. This policy is in place to ensure safety and security within the space. If you have any specific needs or questions regarding areas outside the general member access, please don’t hesitate to ask.

  • Heck yes, and not just any adult—you need to be at least 21 years old to join us. This helps ensure everyone is legally responsible and capable of maintaining the mature, shenanigan-free environment we love. If you're under 21 and interested, we'll need to involve a parent or guardian in the conversation. We’re all about keeping things responsible, fun, and inclusive!
